Easy DIY vegan pizza…
…well, more like pizza bread! It was very nice and so easy!

Ingredients for one mini pizza
One ‘Forte Sempre Pronto’ foccacia with tomato and olives (from Asda)
2 tablespoons passata
A few sliced olives
Fresh basil
2ish tablespoons vegan cheese, grated
How to?
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200’c. Open your foccacia up. It looks like this:

3. Cook until golden.
